# I can't confirm my attendance

> The message on the match card tells you why your answer was not saved.

If you cannot confirm your attendance, read the message on the match card. The answer depends on the match status and your place in the convocation.

## If you see an availability message

* If the match is full, there are no places left to confirm. If a place opens, the app alerts people still waiting to answer.
* If you have confirmed another overlapping match, you cannot confirm both. The app counts 2 hours per match.
* If your answer was not saved, the card says your previous answer still stands. Try again from the card.

## If you are no longer in the convocation

The President or a Manager may have removed you from this match. Ask one of them to summon you again.

## If you answered **No** as a free player

That answer is final for this convocation and cannot be changed. [Answer a summon](/en/market/answer-a-summon).
