# Find your way around

> A map of the 4 tabs in Feel Pro Club and of Settings.

Feel Pro Club has a navigation bar with 4 tabs. This page tells you what each one holds.

## The 4 tabs

* **Home**: your next matches, with the question of whether you confirm your attendance (**Yes** or **No**), and your [**Notifications**](/en/settings-and-alerts/notifications-on-home). [How to answer](/en/matches/say-if-you-are-playing).
* **My Teams**: one team at a time, the current one, with its roster and matches. The team actions include **Match history**, available to every role. To move to another team, tap the switch icon on its crest. If you don't have a team yet, you can [create your team](/en/teams/create-a-team) from here. What you can do depends on your role: see [roles](/en/teams/roles).
* **Market**: the transfer market, with the free players teams can summon. [How to search](/en/market/find-free-players).
* **My Profile**: your identity beside your avatar and your total **Matches played**. **View history** opens your history; the total and each team's count filter it. Under **Your details** are **Personal data**, **Player card** and **Free-player card**, in that order. Each card opens on its own screen. [Match history](/en/matches/match-history).

## Settings

Tap the gear icon on **My Profile** to open **Settings**. There you change the [theme and language](/en/settings-and-alerts/language-and-theme) and choose your [notifications](/en/settings-and-alerts/phone-alerts). The question mark icon next to it opens **Help & Support**.

## Good to know

* If something isn't working, open **Help & Support** with the question mark icon on **My Profile** and tell us what happened.
* In **Notifications**, you choose separately which alerts appear on **Home** and which reach your phone.
