# Build your player card

> How to complete your player card the first time you sign in.

Your player card is what the teams you play with see. The app offers it to you when you sign in for the first time.

## Step by step

1. Tap **Complete my card**.
2. Choose which foot you play with.
3. Mark your positions. The first one you pick is your main position; if you unmark it, the next one becomes main.
4. Choose your play style.
5. Enter your date of birth and tap **Finish**.

## Good to know

* You need all 4 answers for the card to be complete.
* Your age has to be between 5 and 99. Others see your age, not your date.
* You can't change your date of birth later. If it's wrong, write to us from [**Help & Support**](/en/help-and-support/report-a-problem).
* Once complete, the **Player card** row under **My Profile** → **Your details** opens its own screen. **Edit card** stays fixed at the bottom so you can change your preferred foot, positions and play style.

## If you want to leave it for later

Tap **Complete later**. After you postpone it, a reminder stays on **Home** with an action that reopens the card. The **Player card** row on **My Profile** keeps an action to complete it. Without a card, teams cannot summon you.
