# Create a team

> How to create a team in Feel Pro Club and send its link to your group.

You create a team in 6 steps and become its President. When you finish, the app lets you send the link to your group.

## How to create it

1. Open **My Teams**. If you don't have a team yet, tap **Create team**. If you already have one, tap the switch icon on the team's crest and then **Create new team**.
2. Type the team name, 1 to 20 characters.
3. Type the abbreviation: exactly 3 letters from A to Z, with no accents and no Ñ.
4. Pick one of the 12 colour combinations.
5. Upload a crest if you want one. Tap **Upload crest**, choose a JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG file up to 5 MB, crop it and tap **Use this crest**. If you don't upload one, the team uses a crest made from its initials.
6. On the last screen, share the link on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, or tap the copy icon next to the link. Then tap **Enter the team**.

## Good to know

* During onboarding, **Skip** lets you create the team later from **My Teams**. When you open creation from **My Teams**, **Cancel** leaves without creating a team. Discarding progress loses what you entered.
* The invitation link is valid for 24 hours. How to generate another one is in [Invite players](/en/teams/invite-players).

## If something goes wrong

* If the team isn't created, what you entered is still there. Try again.
* If the team was created but the crest didn't upload, tap **Retry** or carry on with the crest made from your initials.
