# Reportar un chat

> Cómo mandar a soporte un reporte sobre una conversación.

Idioma / Language

Podés reportar una conversación abierta para que la revise el soporte de Feel Pro Club. El reporte comparte los últimos 10 mensajes disponibles.

## Cómo hacerlo

1. Abrí el chat y tocá **Más opciones del chat**.
2. Elegí **Reportar chat**.
3. Seleccioná un motivo de la lista si querés. Es opcional y no hay un campo para escribir texto libre.
4. Tocá **Mandar el reporte**.

No le avisamos a nadie del chat que lo reportaste. El soporte recibe los mensajes y el motivo, si elegiste uno, pero no te informa si resolvió o descartó el reporte.

Este reporte es solo para una conversación. Para contar un problema con la app o tu cuenta, usá [Reportar un problema](/es/ayuda-y-soporte/reportar-un-problema.md); es un formulario separado.
