Apply to an open match

How to do it

1. Open Market and tap Matches.
2. Browse the list or tap Filters to narrow by date, time of day, play zone, group type, format, or position.
3. Tap a match to see its details.
4. Tap Apply to send your application to the team.
5. To check the status of your requests, tap My applications.
6. If you change your mind before they reply, open the match and tap Withdraw.

Good to know

• The team sees your free-player card when you apply, even if your card is hidden from the general market.
• You cannot see who is on the roster or how to get there until the team adds you.
• If the team accepts your application, you are confirmed right away and the match appears on your Home.
• While waiting for a response, you can withdraw at any time by tapping Withdraw.
• If the match fills up with other players or the team closes it, your application closes automatically.
• If you are added to another match at the same time, your conflicting applications close automatically.

If something goes wrong

• If you haven’t completed your free-player card yet, the app asks you to Complete my card before applying.
• If a match fills up while you are viewing it, it stops taking applications and the app lets you know.
• If sending your application fails, you can try again in a few minutes.
