The app asks me to update it

On your phone

1. Tap the button on the screen. It opens the store you installed the app from.
2. Install the update.
3. Come back to Feel Pro Club.

In the browser

1. Tap Update the app. The app downloads the new version and reloads once.

Good to know

• It doesn’t happen with every new version, only when you need it to keep using the app.
• The screen shows your version and its number, for example Your version: 0.3.0 (30176). If you write to us, that number helps.
• Updating in the browser doesn’t clear its data: your session, what you had written, and your alerts stay as they were.

If something doesn’t work

• If you come back without updating, the screen stays the same. Tap the button again whenever you want.
• If the store doesn’t open, the app shows its address with a button to copy it. Paste it into your phone’s browser.
• If you see We couldn’t update the app. Try again in a few minutes., check your connection and tap Update the app again.
• If you see This device can’t install the new version, tap Open in the browser to keep using Feel Pro Club in the browser with the same account, or copy the address on the screen.
