You cannot undo a match cancellation. If the team still wants to play, set up another match.
You can edit, cancel or finish your team’s active match from its card.

How to edit or cancel

  1. Find the match card in My Teams. Only the President and Manager can manage it.
  2. To edit or cancel, tap the matching icon on the card.
  3. Editing opens the wizard with the current details and asks for the same five steps: date, time, place, format and payment (price and method). Save with Save changes.
When you save a change to the date, time, place, format or price, everyone else invited to the match gets one notice, including people who said no. It shows the date, time, place, format and price as saved. Nobody loses their confirmation over a change of place, format or price, even if the required count goes down. If you change the date or time and a confirmed player has another match they are also confirmed for at the new time, the app tells you before saving how many players lose their confirmation. Save changes saves the match and those players go back to pending for this match; they stay confirmed for the other one. Back saves nothing and keeps your changes on screen. Each of them gets a notice with the new day and time saying they are no longer confirmed. It can happen to you too when you edit the match. If the match is then short of confirmed players, the President and the Managers who did not make the change get a notice. If editing changes the date or time, players who still have not answered get reminders again 24 hours and 2 hours before the new time, even if they got reminders before the change. Changing several of those details at once still sends one notice. Changing only the payment method, alias or arrival note sends no notice. The app only shows price and payment information; it does not collect money or track who paid.

How to finish

  1. The Finish now option appears when the 60-minute pitch booking ends. Tap it if the team wants to organize the next match sooner.

Good to know

  • If no one finishes the match, the app completes it 24 hours after it starts.
  • You cannot edit, cancel or finish a cancelled or completed match.
  • Cancelling notifies the people summoned and closes that convocation.

If something goes wrong

If the changes do not save, the match stays as it was. Tap Save changes again to retry.
