The convocation shows who confirmed, who hasn’t answered and who is out, and you manage it from there.
On Home and My Teams, the match card shows the per-player price and payment method, or says Free, below the venue. Team members and free players who have confirmed can see the transfer alias in place of the method; the Copy alias button shows a check briefly after copying succeeds. The President and Manager can change the price and payment method by editing the match.
How to do it
- In My Teams, open View roster from the match card.
- To answer for a pending roster member or known substitute, tap Confirm.
- From Confirmed, tap Drop to remove someone from this match.
- From Out, tap Restore to return someone the team dropped to Still waiting for confirmation.
- Under Known substitutes, tap Summon to add a person to the match.
- Under Known substitutes or Free players, tap Revoke to the right of the name to cancel that summon.
How the convocation is organized
- The attendance groups sit on top: Confirmed, Still waiting for confirmation, and Out.
- Below them are Known substitutes and Free players, with the people you can summon or revoke.
- A summoned person appears right away under Still waiting for confirmation. When they answer, their row moves to Confirmed or Out, and they stay summoned in the section below. The exception is a free player who answers Not playing: they leave Free players and stay under Out.
- Known substitutes shows Summon for anyone not summoned or whose summon was revoked. Free players shows only Revoke: you summon a free player from Market. How to summon one.
- Beneath the name, each row shows the role and main position separated by a middle dot. If the person has no saved position, it shows the role alone.
- Once the match is ended manually or automatically, you can read its convocation but cannot manage it. A cancelled match cannot be managed either.
Shirts
- Confirmed players are divided into White shirt, Black shirt and Not picked, in that order. Each side shows its count against half the format; Not picked shows how many players do not have a shirt yet. If a side is over capacity, the convocation shows by how many players. Tap a group heading to collapse or reopen it.
- The number on a shirt is the order in which you confirmed, not a squad number.
- In Each player mode, tap Change on your row to choose another shirt or go back to Not picked until kickoff. Once the match is in progress, only the President and managers can change it.
- The President and managers can tap Pick sides when at least one player is confirmed. Press and hold a name, then drag them to a shirt or back to Not picked. You can also tap someone to move them to the other side; tap an unassigned player to put them on a side with room. A full side still accepts assignments and shows how many players are over capacity.
- Done saves all moves together. If you leave before saving, the app asks whether to discard them. Discard changes saves nothing and notifies nobody.
- When you save, each person you gave a shirt or moved to the other side gets an alert with their shirt and the match’s day and time. Removing a shirt notifies nobody, and neither does picking or changing your own.
- When the President or a Manager taps Confirm for a pending roster player or known substitute, they can assign that player’s shirt as part of the confirmation. A player loses their shirt if they answer Not playing, the President or a Manager uses Drop or Revoke after they have confirmed, an edit returns them to pending, or someone removes them from the team.
Drop or revoke
- Drop takes someone out of Confirmed and moves them to Out. They stay summoned and keep Revoke below. Dropping does not remove them from the team.
- Restore works only on someone the team dropped and returns them to Still waiting for confirmation: it never confirms them for that person.
- Revoke cancels the summon of a known substitute or free player who is under Still waiting for confirmation, Confirmed, or Out. The person leaves that row. We notify them only if they were pending or confirmed.
- A revoked known substitute stays under Known substitutes and you can summon them again. A revoked free player leaves Free players.
- Only revoking someone who had already confirmed lowers the Confirmed count.
- If a drop or revoke leaves a full match short, everyone still waiting gets a notice that a spot opened.
- The match roster is complete when it has as many confirmed players as the format requires, not when everyone on the team has answered.
Answers the team cannot change
- The team cannot change someone’s Not playing: it cannot confirm, restore, or summon that person again.
- A refusal outlasts a revoke. A known substitute who answered Not playing stays under Known substitutes with Summon disabled for that match.
- A free player answers for themselves, and their no is final for that match. It ends the summon: they stay under Out, leave Free players, and there is nothing to revoke.
- A roster member can change their own answer. A known substitute can do so while still summoned.
If something goes wrong
If an action fails, the app shows an error notice and the person stays in the state they were in. Retry with the same action in the convocation. Last modified on October 15, 2026
