Match states

• The team card shows each match state based on its start time and when the match closes.
• Next match appears before kickoff.
• You can answer whether you are playing.
• The President and Manager can edit or cancel.
• In progress starts at the scheduled time and lasts 60 minutes.
• The convocation stays active while the match is in progress.
• The team can manage the match while it is in progress.
• Match played appears after the pitch booking ends.
• The President or Manager can finish it, or the app completes it 24 hours after kickoff.
• A cancelled match stops appearing as active on the team card.
• The convocation screen says that the match was cancelled.

Reminders

• The app sends reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before kickoff to people who have not answered.
• If an edit changes the date or time, the app counts reminders again from the new time. People who still have not answered get them 24 hours and 2 hours before the new match time, even if they got reminders before the change.
• People who confirmed or said no do not receive them.
• In President and managers mode, if any shirts still need assigning, the President and managers get a reminder 2 hours before kickoff. If they create the match less than 2 hours before kickoff, it arrives when they create it. If an edit changes the date or time, the timer starts again from the new match time.
• The card and reminders use the match’s saved time zone for its day and time.
