Delete a team

How to do it

1. Open My Teams and pick the team.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete team.
3. Type the team’s name to confirm.
4. Tap Delete team permanently.

Good to know

• When you delete the team, it stops existing for all its members. The app warns you that you delete the roster, matches and history.
• If there is an active match, the app cancels it and notifies the roster.
• The invitation links stop working.
• If you’d rather the team carries on without you, hand the presidency to a Manager.

If something goes wrong

• If the name you typed doesn’t match the team’s name, you can’t confirm. Correct it.
• If the app can’t delete the team, it tells you. Try again in a few minutes.
