You invite players by sharing a link. Someone who opens it joins the team as a starter when the roster has a place.

How to do it

  1. Open My Teams and pick the team.
  2. Tap Invite players. The screen opens with the link ready.
  3. Share it with Share on WhatsApp, Telegram or Email, or tap the copy icon next to the link.
  4. To change the text that goes with the link, tap Edit message, write it and tap Save message.
What the person who receives the link sees is in Join a team.

Good to know

  • The link is valid for 24 hours and more than 1 person can use it until it expires.
  • Generate new link invalidates the previous one right away.
  • The message can be up to 200 characters and cannot be empty. It is the same for the whole team.
  • The roster holds up to 30 people: the President, Managers, starters and substitutes. Known substitutes do not take up roster places, and their invitation still works at 30 people.
  • At 30 people, someone opening a starter invitation sees that the roster is full and cannot join. Generating another link does not create a place.
  • The invitation screen tells you when the roster is full. You can still share or copy the link, generate links and edit the message. You can also add known substitutes through their own link: Known substitutes.
  • When the President tries Make official player for a known substitute on a full roster, the app explains that a place must open first. The person stays a known substitute.
  • A roster member leaving, or being removed by the President, opens a place. The invitee can open the original link again while it is still valid, or the President can try Make official player again. Removing a known substitute does not open a place. Transferring the presidency does not either if the person remains on the roster.
  • There is no waiting list or notification when a place opens. The person checks with the President or a Manager.
  • After the link is copied successfully, the copy button shows a check briefly, then returns to its resting state.

If something goes wrong

  • If a share channel doesn’t open, use the copied link.
  • If the app can’t load or generate the link, try again in a few minutes.
